Nougat of chocolate.
The nougat of chocolate is made of a sweet pastry that is a mixture of chocolate, usually milk chocolate, to which almonds or hazelnuts previously ground are added. The obtained product, opposite to chocolate, is more creamy and softer due to, precisely, the incorporation of the nuts paste to it.
There are a lot of varieties, with inflated rice, white chocolate, dark chocolate, chocolate with nuts, raisins, walnuts, glacé cherries, pistachios, etc.
