Chocolates are small portions, suitable for beeing consumed in one bite. They are either made of a solid mixture of chocolate, which can be dark, white or milk chocolate, or made of different fillings covered by dark, white or milk chocolate. There is a wide variety of shapes and fillings such us creams, pralines, crunchy ingredients, nuts...  
Chocolates constitute, together with chocolate bars and chocolate powder, the most important and widespread way of presenting chocolate, commercially speaking.  Unlike the other ways, chocolates are associated with gratitud behaviours, gifts or appreciation in social relationships. Its production is very meticulous and has a special importance in artisan industry, obtaining real masterpieces of the culinary art.
